What the contact form collects

When you send a project request, the form collects your name, email address, business name, optional website, project brief and preferred timing. It also records your acknowledgement of the package, consent to share the request, a submission reference and the time of submission.

These details help Luis assess the project and respond to you. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing, reserve a production slot or start a payment. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Where your request is stored

Submitted requests are saved in the site's private database through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare D1. The website has no public list of submissions. Luis can retrieve requests through the site's owner tools.

A saved request also has a private notification record so its delivery status can be tracked separately. The form's success message confirms that the request was saved, not that an email was delivered.

AI-assisted coordination

Luis may use AI-assisted tools to review briefs, organize project information and prepare replies. The form itself does not automatically send your brief to a separate AI service. Human review remains part of assessing your project.

Website security and browser data

To limit automated submissions, the application uses temporary form checks and rate limits derived from network information and email addresses. It stores salted hashes for those checks rather than raw IP addresses. The hosting providers may process request information in their own infrastructure logs.

The site's application does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. An unfinished form is kept only in the open page's memory so you can close and reopen the dialog without losing it. It is not saved as a browser draft and is lost when the page is reloaded or closed.

Access, correction and deletion requests

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for project inquiries. To ask about a request, correct your information or request deletion, email hello@pagenello.com. Include your submission reference if you have it. Please send the request from the email address used on the form when possible, and do not send identity documents or passwords.
